ABOUT ME
This is Mr. Nour, a Math teacher at SD91.
I would like to briefly mention that I hold a B.Sc. (Honors, 4 years), an M.Sc. degree in Mathematics, and a B.Ed. degree. I have been teaching at FLESS for five years, and before that, I taught at the World University of Bangladesh. Additionally, I have completed a dissertation and have some publications.
Currently, I am teaching at NVSS and living in Vanderhoof. My goal is to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic teacher who makes a positive contribution to both the school district and the larger community.
I am passionate about mathematics and fostering happiness.
My Vision
As a teacher, I strive to create an environment that encourages curiosity and determination. Our classroom is a place where students feel important, respected, cared for, and supported. I aim to help students reach their full potential, ask questions, learn from their mistakes, give and receive feedback, and do their best. My class will engage with real-world problems, inspiring each student to believe they can make a difference in the world. Together, we celebrate each other's successes and inspire each other to be the best we can be.
